Legal basis
Contract performance, legal obligations (invoicing), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, first-party audience statistics — GDPR art. 6.1.f), consent where applicable (newsletter).
Audience measurement
We measure site traffic without setting an analytics cookie and without sending data to Google Analytics or any advertising network. On each page the server stores the path visited, the country provided by the host (ISO code, e.g. FR / DE / CH) and a non-persistent daily fingerprint (rotating salt + IP + browser). IP and browser are not stored. The fingerprint changes every day: nobody is tracked from one day to the next. Aggregated totals are kept for 25 months at most, following the CNIL audience-measurement standard. You may object by writing to hello@v9-events.com.
Retention
An erasure request anonymises identity. Accounting records are kept for the statutory period.
